We have to chew a lot when we eat food. Because our brains develop by doing so.

Especially mountain herbs, kimchi and beans are good for you.

Mountain herbs are known to be a treasure box of vitamins and minerals. Kimchi is good for its cancer prevention, fiber and lactobacillus. I thought kimchi was not good for us because it’s spicy...

I like braken a lot. I don’t know why one would hate it. They are chewy and yummy!

Also, beans are known to be beef from the soil. They are so good for our health!

Ham, sausage and ramen are not good for our bodies and we shouldn’t eat them. Because there’s artificial seasoning that causes cancer.

I am reminded of my grandfather who passed away from cancer.

I spend some special time today.
